Pickens County Drug Arrest

On 07/27/2023, deputies with the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office Community Action Team conducted a traffic stop on S. Fish Trap Road in Easley.

The vehicle was occupied by Jennifer Lynn Jernigan. K9 Unit, Rico, responded to the scene and provided a positive alert on the car.

Upon further investigation, Jernigan was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana, a controlled substance, and a trafficking weight of methamphetamine.

Jennifer Lynn Jernigan was arrested on the following charges:

• Possession of Marijuana – 1st Offense.

• Possession of a Controlled Substance – 2nd Offense.

• Trafficking Methamphetamine or Cocaine Base – 2nd Offense.
