Pickens County Drug Arrest

On 11/08/2023, deputies with the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office Community Action Team and Agents with the Special Operations Unit responded to an Easley home in search of James Vincent Franks, who was wanted for outstanding arrest warrants.

Upon arrival, deputies made contact with Franks, who was found to be in possession of an intent to distribute quantity of methamphetamine.

James Vincent Franks was arrested on the following charges:

• Outstanding Arrest Warrants.

• Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine – 3rd Offense.
