Pickens County Drug Arrest

On 09/26/2023, deputies with the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office Community Action Team conducted a traffic stop on Thomas Mill Court in Easley.

The vehicle’s driver was identified as James Monroe Capps, who was found to be in possession of a trafficking weight of methamphetamine following K9 Unit Dak, providing a positive alert on Capps’ vehicle.

James Monroe Capps was arrested and charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine – 1st Offense.
