Pickens County Drug Arrest

On 03/18/2024, while on patrol, deputies with the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office Uniform Patrol Division (Bravo Team) noticed a suspicious person, later identified as Jonathan Eric Taylor, standing beside a motorcycle on Breazeale Road in Liberty.

Upon further investigation, Taylor was found to be in possession of a trafficking weight of methamphetamine following a positive alert by K9 unit, Kona.

Jonathan Eric Taylor was arrested on the following charges:

• Littering – 1st Offense.

• Trafficking Methamphetamine.

• Possession of Firearm or Ammunition by Convicted Felon.
