Defendant Waives Bond Hearing in Pickens Murder Case
The Pickens County Sheriff’s Office has just received notice from the Pickens County Magistrate’s Office that the Bond Hearing scheduled this afternoon for Kasey Clayton Waldrop has been waived at the request of the Public Defender’s Office.
Waldrop charged with the Murder of Reza Farah Khan will be transported back to Greenville County where he will remain in custody pending his release for Greenville charges.
A Detainer will require Greenville authorities to notify Pickens County once Mr. Waldrop is clear for release on the Greenville charges. He will then be transported at that time to Pickens County where he will remain in custody to answer to the charge of Murder.
